Our 30-day money-back guarantee
Contact us within 30 days of the date your order is delivered to request a return under our guarantee. You’re welcome to use your brush during this time.
To return a pack, please send back the whole order with everything it included — for example, both face brushes, their cases and the free body brush in a 2-brush pack. We can’t refund part of a pack or a single item from a pack while the rest is kept.
How to request a return
Email hello@wakelyskin.com with your order number. We’ll reply within 24 hours with the next steps and the correct return address.
Please contact us before posting your return so it goes to the right place.
Return postage
For returns under our money-back guarantee, return postage is paid by you. It usually costs around AU$15 (Australian dollars), depending on the carrier you choose.
If your product has a confirmed fault, we’ll cover reasonable return postage costs in line with Australian Consumer Law. Keep your postage receipt if you have already paid to send it back.
Refunds
Refunds under our guarantee cover the amount you paid for the returned order, including any discount applied to it. We’ll send your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description, email hello@wakelyskin.com with your order number and a description of the problem. A photo may help us understand what has happened. We’ll help arrange the remedy you’re entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
Your consumer rights
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Your consumer rights are not limited to 30 days, and nothing in this policy excludes those rights.
