1. About us
This website, wakelyskin.com, is operated by Wakely S.L. ("Wakely", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Our products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and wood-look finishes may vary slightly from photos due to screens and natural variation. Our brushes are personal-care products for gentle, cosmetic use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Results vary from person to person. If you have a skin condition or have had a recent facial procedure, check with your clinician before use.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order. Pack savings shown on our site compare the pack price with buying the same items separately at our regular prices.

4. Orders
After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping
We ship within Australia only. Shipping is free and tracked. Delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds
Our 30-day money-back guarantee and return process are explained in our Refund Policy. The guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Using our website
You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, copying its content for commercial use or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Wakely or is used with permission.

9. Reviews and messages
If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm it is genuine and that you have the right to share it. We may publish genuine reviews and photos with your permission.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website when you place your order applies to that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
